I have the order wrong, the server was rude-no excuses, charged. 60c extra. employees need a lection in customer service. do not recommend loading. P.S. the problem was not with the employee in the training that took the order, I am appalled that the poor to be trained is now being accused. the hire and bad customer service of the trainer should be adjusted. if this lady is the owner, I'm sorry for the employees and customers.

I absolutely adore this Chatime! I frequent this establishment regularly and the owners always welcome me by name and have my favorite drink memorized. The staff is incredibly friendly and it's a wonderful place to visit. I highly recommend it!

I don't necessarily understand their modification rules here. They're able to accept less sugar and more sugar, and add toppings, but when I order a Honeydew Slush with Cream and I just wanted it blended in instead of on top, one day they tell me it's fine and taste fantastic, next day it's a rule that I can't? Then asked to leave a review.My review is I love I'm allow to make my bubble tea by adding toppings to my choosing, add sugar level of my choosing and adding ice amount of my choosing and using their great range of selection is wonderful, but little bit senseless asking it mixed in is a bit too much.

This place is the bomb. I went there to the 10th jubiläum bogo promotion, and their service was super fast. the brown sugar series was amazing, the tapioca was suuuper chewing gum. also the grazy tasted good at this place (this topping is usually a hit or miss at other chatimes.) comes again! (edit: came back, it was still good! I would recommend ordering the collection online as the placet packed was. a sign that the summer is close
