Starbucks - Maple Valley

Tried one of the New Creme Brule drinks. Service was fast and friendly the drive through. They offered pup cups for my dogs. Thank you

Friendly staff and they are very kind. One of my favorite coffee shops and has great mountain views. Cute little place for families to play and read books.

The service was excellent when it first opened and the baristas were really nice. Now it has gone to ****! The baristas at this location are rude and give you dirty looks if you tell them your drink isn't right. There is always something wrong with my drink at this location. It either tastes like the espresso is burnt and not enough caramel drizzle or has one shot of espresso with too much milk. It's a Caramel Macchiato upside down and stirred. It's not complicated. I don't have any problems at any other Starbucks locations. The only thing good at this location is some of the people at the window. They are very friendly and greet you with a smile. That is why I am giving this location one star. Get New Baristas Starbucks!!!

I’ve been coming here for months and sad to say since day one, not one person here has made me feel welcome. I go to tons of locations in surrounding areas, Kent and Covington. All the baristas at those locations got to know me and we had such a good time in the morning catching up while waiting for my coffee. I’m sad I was transferred out here because I miss my other baristas. All the baristas here can’t wait to get you out of their window and close said window before you even leave, they act like me even ordering there is a bother to them. SO SAD. I’ve never had this experience at other locations. Kent is a very rough neighborhood, and Maple Valley is considered very high end suburbs area. I’d take kent over this location any day.

I love this place!! Lobby is really nice and comfortable to study in. The baristas as well has nice vibes. I was able to get a refill on my passion tea which tasted amazing! I always love coming here to chill and study.
