Papa John's - Maple Ridge

I ordered a large pizza from this restaurant. Unfortunately, the cheese was not cooked properly underneath the surface. When I contacted the store, they claimed that it was cooked according to regulations in just 6 minutes. I insisted that it was still raw and requested a refund. They agreed to reimburse me 50% of the total cost, which came to $31 including toppings and delivery charges, for the uncooked pizza.

Horrible experience at this restaurant. I received a coupon code via email to purchase a meal, but when I tried to use it on the website, it didn't work. When I politely mentioned this to the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They claimed the coupon was expired or for the wrong location, both of which were not true as the coupon was valid until May 21st and I had not specified a location on the website. After contacting customer service via email, they simply stated that the business had decided not to honor the promotion offer. It was frustrating to deal with this lack of customer service and inconsistency in honoring vouchers.

It's easy to spot a Papa John's restaurant. The pizzas are delicious and reasonably priced. The service was quick and welcoming.

We had a larger number of pizzas from cheese, chicken, pesto, pepperoni and Hawai'ian. The order was finished, the product was fresh. I found the crusts very good, not dried. Every pizza was quite tasteful, especially the pesto and chickens I didn't care so much for the garlic diving sauce. Comfortable location and good service.

I like the pizza from this take out establishment. Fresh and tasty, with friendly staff. I picked up a couple pizzas, which were ready when they said they 'd be ready, and took them home to rave reviews from my family. 'Nuff said.
