Leeann Chin - Maple Grove

I ordered this from Uber Eats. It wasn't as good as other LeAnn Chin locations that I've tried.

The service at this restaurant was poor. The staff assumed I wanted fried rice and pot stickers, which I did not. When I tried to clarify, the employee grunted in response. When I called later to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager is never there.

I am a fan of Leeann Chin's, but I was very disappointed with my order today. The children's lemon chicken had no sauce, making it dry and with black parts on the crust. The potstickers were mushy and seemed decayed. Even after they finally brought the sauces, I had to add something to make my meal enjoyable. However, the fried rice was the highlight of the meal.

Food tastes amazing, but the staff was not helpful and the portion sizes were soooo small $12 for 2 pieces chicken?! No

Ordered curbside pickup and called to let them know we were outside. The person who picked up the phone pretended to be a robot/ automated system. Then they asked who the ?victim? was. After I said?excuse you? they started talking like a person. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Pretty sure the person?s name is Daniel. Not coming back
