Cafe Zupas - Maple Grove

I am now on a rather strict diet and looking for a healthy restaurant to always so easy "swallow" and WOW we found the right place! Everything was delicious, satisfying and affordable! My friend is not a fan of salads in general, but he was pleasantly surprised (times a gazillion), how much he liked what he ordered. It was a little Thai-ish with a peanut butter sauce and noodles, and a Korean BBQ sandwich; two meals worth food in one. He even liked the sandwich I got with avocado, although he refuses avocado outside Guacamole. I don't like BBQ and thought his sandwich was better than mine. Neither of us is on the younger side of life, and their menu was a little hard to read, even with glasses, and seemed better online than in person. The seasonal menu could have been better displayed so much that I suggested we should go elsewhere because I didn't want to waste my diet 'Koch', but in the end we were both 100% happy that we ate here. The service was very good; efficient, friendly and informative. There is a sign where you order that something about how they make tables for you clear, but the tables were not so clear or clean. The location where trays are returned was overly full and the dining room was usually not so clean, but I'm sure they only go through the same working shortage everyone is now. Everything in all would eat here as often as possible.

On Saturday for the first time for lunch. It was great! The line moves fast and my salad was great. I loved the bread and was so surprised to see a strawberry! It was really good food. I'll be back when I'm back in the area.

We love Zupas, their food is always great. The desserts are as good as they are beautiful. And every order comes with a chocolate dipped strawberry!

Food was delicious. Quick, friendly service. Inside dinning had plenty of seating.

I don?t recall a time that I?ve had to examine a sandwich to see if they forgot to put any meat in it. 1 piece of pastrami, on the pastrami melt. Yikes. Portions are tiny, keep the chocolate strawberry and add a little more substance to your sandwich. Flavors were good or it would have been 1 star. Won?t be coming back.
