Very poor customer service. I sat at the window for 10 minutes, and no one came and greeted me, asked me to hold on a moment or anything.
My dad went into the store for a pickup order and there was an employee being trained that employee looked up at my dad and asked very rudely what do you want?! I think if you 're gonna work in a place of service being NICE should always be a priority and it clearly wasn 't existing in this place. I 'll never go there again.
Ordered 4 foot longs of different varieties. They had helpful suggestions, and were expeditous in there task. The meats were moist and tasty, the vegetables crisp.Will be back soon.
My most recent dine in experience will also be my last. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the meat was ****** raw. I understand completely that they do not 'cook ' the food there and they get everything pre cooked. I discreetly went to talk to the owner to show her and suggest the investigate that pan of chicken as obviously it had to be cooked somewhere and it wasn 't done. Instead of accepting the complaint in the manner it was given, she makes a scene in front of the entire store, gives me my money back and tells me not to return.As far as the other services, policies etc, they do not accept any of the national coupons you may find in your mailbox and the dining room closes due to lack of employees on a regular basis.
