Church's Texas Chicken - Manvel

Thank You So Much Ms.Eva You’re Customer Service Was Everything Food Was So Delicious !!!?

I went to this location today 3-24-2024 around 7pm and ordered a family meal that included 10 pieces of chicken,2 large sides and 5 biscuits. When I arrived home to eat with the family I saw that they forgot the biscuits so I called to speak to the manager about the missing items. I spoke to the manager that was working when I ordered my food named Jessica and was told I could not get the missing items and if I wanted the items I would have to call back tomorrow and speak to another manager. The cashier at that time was Eva P. ??

I went to order my food. Service was good as usual for myself but I wanted a small drink with my meal. They stated they did not have small. They only had medium or large and I asked was I going to get charged for the medium because you have no smalls? they said yes, so I canceled my whole order. Why should I get charged more for something you don’t have and I never wanted??

And a manager I've been known for a long time and I'm very surprised that she was still there and she's wonderful as well along with the other employees Been knowing this Manvel Church's Chicken and it is very clean and affordable chicken!!!

It was good chicken but I wish they would bring back the great baked chicken. Now that was fantastic tasting chicken, the spices were great. I also like their specials too. Keep those coming.
