Great service even though the restaurant was full because of a local school graduation event. The drinks were cold and the food was hot. Parking: Plan on arriving by taxi or Baja. Kid-friendliness: Terrible service. Had ordered lasagna as a Canadian wasn't foreigner and also paying for wife's family to dine in. Dinner service for 23 family inlaws was a 30 min. service which was good for that many people, although my meal was on the bottom of the list and never prepared. My wife then went to the kitchen and found out, it wasn't prepared. Then they started preparing this meal 2 hrs after we arrived. When we checked again on the preparation of this meal, was told 20 more mins. Meanwhile everyone everyone else was ready to leave. Being very upset and disappointed, I went to the front counter to complain. During my complaint the cook wasn't bothered which angered me even more. Getting nowhere in this complaint, there was no sympathy for my complaint and no humility from this man in front of me. Realizing I was getting nowhere, I left, just so I was able to come to this point and file my complaint. I will never return and my intent here and is to simply ruin their reputation to some degree. Before I had left the counter, at no time, did they apologize or give us a discount for their mistake. As it turns out, their is no phone number or website for me to file a complaint, so here I am, never to return and to find some way to continue to ruin this business.
