The customer service here is really bad! Especially ESPECIALLY at night! They really do what they want. I use to love Wing-stop and since moving to Mansfield I am starting to HATE it! I asked for my wings well done through the app they would never do it. Now I have to come in person to order and make sure that my wings are well done because I don’t eat slimy chicken. I shouldn’t have to stop ordering through the app because they don’t want to take the time to do what I ask!
Can all do better. The wait time is ridiculous. Over 6 people back there with majority chit chatting over food. No fault of yours, I blame my lazy self for not wanting to cook
Absolutely the WORST wingstop ever. The employees and the MANAGER are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I placed an order at noon for future pick up that afternoon at 4:30. Upon arriving my husband was told it would be 15 minutes. 30 minutes passed and he still did not have anything. When he went back to the register he was told they didn 't get the order. SO WHAT WAS THE POINT OF SAYING 15 minutes what was that for?! They had him there for an hour. Then even AFTER he showed them the confirmation they said they couldn 't pull it up and that they would start working on it. After more waiting they NEVER STARTED PREPARING ORDER. When my husband finally gave up and asked for a refund they didn 't want to give him one until they saw he was relentless. The manager then came out and RUDELY started kicking out my husband. Saying what do you want??? And point at the door. My husband asked for a receipt that proved a refund and when manager printed it out the manager dropped the receipt in water. When my husband asked for a new one the manager, still rude, printed a new one and told my husband to leave. NEVER EVER go to this wingstop. I will be going as far as finding who owns this wingstop and letting them know how poorly it is being managed. The owner is losing business and customers because of these incompetent people.
Awful customer service, unprofessional, rude, unintelligent individuals working at this Wingstop!!! Not to mention poor service!!! So- called District Manager (first was told there wasn 't a manager working, then told District Mgr was onsite) sounded drunk or high couldn 't hold a conversation!!!
