Bidra med feedbackI’ve never left a Google review before but I just wanted to say I’ve tried a lot of ramens and Tokyo Ramen has the best ramen in CT by far. The broth, the toppings, the price, it’s all perfect. I’ve gone so many times and it never disappoints.
I do doordash and everytime i come to pick up a order i wait 20 mins past the pickup time. Super slow
Finally! An authentic ramen restaurant. Prices aren’t too bad but I wish the portions were more. Overall great intimate atmosphere and dining in is better than takeout/delivery.
Love the owner she memorizes your order, checks in just enough, is a HUMAN BEING. Love the ambiance. Love the food. Pork samiches are the best. Solid gyoza and albeit greasy ish ramen. Dope pork ribs. Never have ramune : great veggie vegan place. Cozy seating, and have to watch for loud people behind you who DONT BELIEVE IN CLIMATE CHANGE AND SHOW ME THE PROOF AND... no one cares ; Food wins. Owner seals the deal. You're in UConn, so YMMV. Its an effort to not be here on a weekly basis
We stopped here after being absolutely drained from doing a full move in to dorm on a humid hot day and this ramen place just seemed to appear from the back of the Storrs plaza. Everyone was happily pleased and extremely filled with their ramen bowls, the vegetarian bowl had a hint of miso in the broth which made the tofu blend perfectly and hold moisture. The tonkotsu bowls were incredible with the pork that was tender and sweet enough while also having that signature light char. Perfect lunch or dinner spot, I know the college students keep this one busy!
