Qdoba Mexican Eats - Mansfield

Absolutely love this place! I'm new to qdoba and just went a few times and the people working on 8/12/22 were absolutely amazing. their names are terri, alex, moe, aaron and matt. I ordered a chicken dish with queso and chips and everything was fresh and absolutely delicious! I was asked if I had rewards with them in which I answered that I did not and the manager (I suppose was the manager) was happy informed me that I should download the Qdoba app and make a account to receive points for the future, and also showed me how I was the points from the bottom of my introduction that I got. I highly recommend going to this place! I felt incredibly welcome here, and for someone who is concerned, it made me really good that I didn't feel judged to emphasize because all here was so incredibly welcoming! I will be back in any case!

If I could, I would rate those zero stars. the whole place was unclean. there were flying everywhere and no one wore gloves. when I complained, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. who runs this site must work seriously

Better than chipotle. if they need a quick option that is delicious, they are in the regular a good go-to

Eating is great, but the service needs work. the hired seem to have been somewhere and make them hurry. I get that every quick service wants, but if they say they want a Burrito bowl that is on the menu, they will hit it all together before they can even say I don't like pico de gallo, I can go with hot salsa instead and then you feel bad to ask her to scratch it. I will be sure that next time I will make my own Burrito shoots, because if they don't stop them, it will materialize before they even notice. And that is the thing they don't want them to do themselves because it slows down the process. I have taken the normal asking like black or pinto, white or brown rice, but this has not happened today and I have about half the choices I would normally choose. I should have said again that I am doing myself, but they are on a mission to get you out of there. 3/5.

Went to location in braintree 3 years ago and seen on memories. Had to go and a friend had never been there. Got a burrito and a taco salad. Woman making them was great going over options for what i wanted on them. My friend was impressed as he ordered his as well. The cashier who was new as she had told us she just started had no issues ringing up order and giving correct change. Even though change and more went in tip jar. The cashier offered drinks chips and asked if we where sure that the was nothing else we wanted as explained we drove about 30 mins to get there and was taking home. Both employee s where very kind and knowledgeable. Food was fantastic and we will be going back very soon for sure. Might have to make it a weekly thing
