Cold Stone Creamery - Mansfield

They have wonderful selection of taste. the employees were nice and the place is clean.

Was in 10 years not at a cold stone. has not changed much. but what it has is better. it was a great idea to have a preselection. the ice was fantastic and the service here was top notch!

I was there with my daughter shortly after school Friday and the manager kaitlynn helped us. She was so pleasant, for me and very interactiw with my daughter. the load itself was very clean and organized and it was so nice to be bigger from their smiling face. we will come back in the near future to make even more special days.

Went to pickup an order, once I arrived the restaurant was full of people and I went to the counter and was told that it would be 10 minutes. They proceeded to take three additional new orders while I waited for a little over 20 minutes. I though orders should be completed in the order received, instead I'm told that like a waiter you only get one waiter and that allows all the other waiters to ignore the line with an order that no one has started

Good ice cream, although only basic flavors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No tables inside, but a few benches outside.
