Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mansfield

I ordered 5 burritos to take out to my family. They were falling apart in the words way possible. And they all had uncooked rice in them. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a bad order from them. But it WILL be the last.Are this point, I’ve called them 9 times. Not once has anybody answered the call. I’m completely disgusted.

Cooked the rice for like 30 seconds it was gross felt like I was eating

This awful woman gave me and my party terrible service at the front cash register. She was extremely unfriendly, slamming our cups and bowls on the counter. When confronted about attitude, she used explicit and vulgar language such as shut the f**k b*tch . Not only did she not apologize, but when asked for the manager all we were given were excuses from him as well. This truly has given chipotle a bad taste in my mouth.
