Chick-fil-a - Mansfield

Chick-fil-A is always a great choice. Their food is always fresh and well prepared. Their staff are always courteous and willing to meet your needs. If you've never visited a location then make it your business to try one. You will be glad you did. PEACE!

What can I say? If you want chicken sandwiches done right, you gotta hit Chick-Fil-A. I love their honey BBQ sauce, but the honey mustard just has to step in and sub from time to time. And on a hot, Texas summer day...you gotta go with their soft-frozen lemonade.

Sat in the house to order lunch... It was 1025... I knew lunch was at 1030, so I told the guy I'd wait. He said, bc I ordered BEFORE 1030 he couldn't replace pommes for my hash browns... It would be extra... what? I literally went out... I've never been treated like that at a Tussi in my life... The little boy in the register was so involuntary to help... shame on you. Chick fil a broad that you need to check your employees... Just say!

Terrible service. It was said to wait in the pick-up order section as my nuggets were not ready. Wait 30 minutes. Don't make her job right. So it's time to close, but the manager is more concerned about how I actually ask in vs what the problem was. just give me my $25 value of cold food please. Smh. Will not return.

The bread isn't fresh, the food quality goes down and not sure why??? and I think the service is okay, the manager replaced the sandwich, but this isn't Chick-Fil-a we love!?????????? We eat chick felt-a 4 times a week because my children love it. Hopefully we'll see improvements soon.
