Nando's - Mansfield

I came in yesterday and it was a mistake 0 stars firstly my friends order was wrong and staff seemed like they hated their jobs and didn’t want to be there food came out quickly but it was so dry and the sauce did nothing it was hard to swallow it was rubbish!!!!!

So bad, we took my Mum and Dad for the Nando’s experience. It was terrible we waited 20 mins for a table which was fine then got the table and was told we’d have another 30 minute wait for food (had we have know this in the first place we wouldn’t have bothered as we were going to the cinema) 45 mins later our food arrived, all cold it had clearly been sat out a while, all garlic bread too tough to eat. Nobody came to check on us the staff were all more concerned about the pick up orders. We ate some of the food as we were all so hungry by that point and in a rush to the cinema where we had to fill up on snacks. Waste of time and money so disappointing.

We love coming to this Nando’s, been many a time. The food is always hot and tasty! Staff are friendly and very welcoming. We have never had a bad meal at all from here. Potion sizes are generous! We will be back again soon.

Called to see if we needed to book the lady said no just come in… went in and was told had to go online to book, the online booking wouldn’t let us book and told us to go back in and speak to staff to book, tried that and was rudely rushed out the door and told we’d have to try again online. Won’t be going back

Nice friendly staff with big all round smiles. Hot food fast service. What more could you want. There you go Courtney .
