I had the pleasure of experiencing Amarilis' culinary talents and it was an absolute delight! What sets Amarilis apart is not only her ability to create delicious flavors but also her commitment to crafting healthy and wholesome meals. I care deeply about the food I eat. I’ve tried a vegan lifestyle and hated it. It withered me down from 200 pounds of muscle to 157 like I was 16 again. Now I eat much more carnivorously and feel great!Not only are Amarilis’ meat dishes exquisite, but she even got me to enjoy vegetable dishes and, *somehow*, vegan dishes too. Her dish “cielo y terra” (heaven and earth) is not only delicious but also very meaningful. You can tell she puts love into her culinary creations. 10/10 would recommend!
