That bien said for being famous for pizza they sure never have any lol... it's the slogan of your business.. it's on the front of your building yet more times than not 740 am I walk out empty handed... maybe your slogan should be famous for pizza.. lucky if you get a piece
I'd give a negative amount of stars if I could. Rudest employees ever. You don't make animal noises at someone who's buying food FOR THEIR FAMILY. And even if what they buy was for only them whats it to you. Mind your business, do your job and be nice. If you're that miserable with your job then quit but don't take it out on paying customers who did nothing to you. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.
The staff sets the meal preparation time to be 75 minutes after the order is placed even though they are not busy and not doing anything. They don’t want people to place. Then they proceeded to make the food an hour before it supposed to be picked up or sometimes even at the time of being picked up so it’s later. In this instance, the staff made and toasted a sub 45 minutes before pick up but then didn’t make the cheeseburger that was also on the order so by the time the food was meant to be picked up the sub would’ve been toasted and cold? I just don’t understand the logic
Had a run in with the rudest mask “enforcers” Ive ever encountered. These “clerks” usually work in the evening. I would sure hope that Caseys corporate doesn’t condone their employees ganging up on customers and being particularly mouthy. The one that makes the food threatened to throw the customers order away for “non compliance”. Ironically, this person had nothing to do with situation and seemed to “insert” themselves into a conversation with a customer that didn’t pertain to them. I also witnessed a guest trying to enter the store, the were firmly, and very rudely scolded and made to go back to their vehicle. Cute. Whomever manages this location should be ashamed. What a joke.
Rude employees to customers every time i have been in this store. employees standing behind counter doing nothing or just talking, with only one register open and a long line of people. otherwise wouldn’t care if the employees didn’t spend their time harassing/arguing with customers instead of doing their job.
