Oka Ramen 3 - Manitou Springs

Came here expecting the same great food at Oka 2, but it didn't meet that level of ramen. It seemed a bit watered down here. Got the vegan ramen and it was good, just didn't meet expectations, assuming it would be the same as Oka 2. Service was good though, great spot and wasn't busy.

Took my sons for dinner, they loved it. my little one even asked to think the chef.

If I could give no stars I would . This place took 2 hours just to serve us. Under staff . This place was based on skin tone . The whiter you are the faster you'll get served. Never coming back again

I made a reservation for 12 on a Sunday night for my partners birthday. Our experience was one for the books...and not in a good way.The bathroom was interesting and maybe should have told us all we needed to know as the toilet seat was too small for the actual bowl. Maybe it's not that big of deal but for a business I would think presentation mattered.Food wise it was a mess. I know we were a bigger party but as I said I called ahead and even left my number in case we couldn't be accommodated. When we got there, there weren't many people already in the restaurant but as luck would have it, more people arrived after we were seated. There seemed to be maybe 2 people working the floor which didn't seem to be enough.. It took forever to place drink orders and then we placed appetizers and entree orders at the same time (again no biggie) but we stressed we wanted the appetizers to come out before our meals....that didn't happen at all.Half of our parties orders were messed up from either missing requested items or receiving items we didn't ask for in the ramen bowls. Since it took forever for the food to come we didn't want to make a fuss and many of us were disappointed and dissatisfied with our meals.Oka was recommended to us and we realized there are multiple locations so maybe the others fair better but unfortunately due to this experience we don't think we're interested in trying the others should we return to the area.

If you come here, you can't go wrong with any of the ramen selections. I can't say I enjoyed my bento box though, we got 2 different ones and they were not good. The salmon was dry in the salmon one, and the chicken was doused in a bad sauce in the chicken kotsu one I got. But the times I've had ramen here has been fantastic! They should consider sticking to ramen only and they would have a stronger menu :
