Adams Mountain Cafe - Manitou Springs

Food is good, atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is wonderful. Recommend to anyone who goes through or find a place to relax.

Amazing! The food is healthy and delicious. Your prices are great, but the FOOD is beyond the description. They are famous for their soup creative, local, organic. integrated into the community because they really care. First for so many reasons on my list!

I love breakfast Burrito. The owner is very friendly and lovable. She noticed that my buddy didn't feel good, so she brought him some ginger-ale to calm his stomach. I'm definitely back here.

I've been to Create Cafe I think 5 times, and each time it has been awesome. Sundays are a good time to go, they have good selection of brunch foods and bottomless mimosas. I can't remember all of the names of the food I got, but I think one was the German Farmer's Breakfast which was really good. The stuffed French toast was unique and also delicious. I also tried the brisket sandwich which they said they smoked themselves another home run. I'm also pretty sure their bread is homemade. For me the bread is a game changer. The sour dough bread is perfect. I tried the chicken noodle soup which is all made from scratch. I did try one of their desserts.. the bread pudding. It was incredible.it was like a banana bread pudding with some type of caramelized sauce. The food is filling and I would say it's reasonably priced. The chef makes some really amazing food. The people that own this and the people that work there are very nice and have always been welcoming. I got to bring my brother when he came to visit. Doug showed us around the place and all the artwork that takes place behind the scenes the first time we went. Really cool place. My girlfriend and I love create cafe. People really need to give this place a try. 5+ stars every visit.
