I don't understand why I ordered the kung pow chicken and it was covered in peanuts. not a fan

I'm from a metro area with a lot of options for Chinese food. I stopped here on a whim while in manistique and it was worth it. The orange chicken was good not to sweet and the crab Rangoon was also really good. The service was top tier too
