Gerry's Grill Ayala Circuit Mall

I think the rating is more than ok. From the service we received, i am extremely disappointed in this branch of Gerry's Grill. We were a family of 8. We ordered sinigang na baboy and baby pusit for starters. We waited for sometime which is understandable the first time. Then we ordered Crispy Pata, sisig, kangkong and one more sinigang. At first they said that it will take 20 mins to serve. So as usual we let it be, yet the time passed by and nothing came. The place had a lot of people so we tried to understand that maybe they were handling too many orders. The sinigang and kangkong came but still no sisig and crispy pata. Unfortunately, it came late. We were almost done eating when the rest of what we ordered came. As we were billing out, the manager came to talk to us about what happened. He said that they didnt have a sufficient supply of gas. They had brought it to the higher ups and were ignored from what i can tell. I understand but its too repetitive and the management must take responsiblity for this situations and not making excuses. You know its the weekend and that you would have a lot of customers. If your suggestions are left unheard, you should taken matters into your own hands which might be more appreciated. This is my honest opinion. Dont take it the wrong way.

I would have rated this place zero star, if there was that choice. We came in today, Dec 8, around 1:15pm for our late lunch. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers. We were 3rd in line and were seated after about 10mins. Soon as we were seated, we immediately ordered a set meal and an extra order of soup. We were informed that our meal will be served in 20 to 25mins. Looking around I noted a family across our table leaving. A few minutes more and that table was cleared and another big group was ushered in and seated. So we waited for our food to be served, 20 mins, 25, 30, 35, 40. We repeatedly followed up but no food came. Then I saw that table across ours was served ahead of us. What the ?? First time ever, we walked out of Gerry's Grill Circuit without a second look and had our lunch at Marugame Udon. Never again, Gerry's Grill!! Sayang... good food but super lousy and slow service!! 10 thumbs down!!

More than 30 minutes for an order of tuna belly? OMG. This is their service for a senior citizen. Not recommended resto.

Stuff and crew not friendly, they dont entertain customers outside their store. so disappointed

Most of my favorite foods were not available. Probably because I was too early. Nevertheless great food and service as per usual
