Miss Maud Mandurah

My mum and I have enjoyed Miss Maud's for many many years. Though after some extremely disappointing visits to your Cockburn and Carousel stores have stayed clear. However decided on Saturday to try the new store in Mandurah. Wow fantastic! Lots of friendly staff buzzing around. Drinks arrived quickly and exactly the way they should. I ordered a kids burger (I have a gastric sleeve and can only eat small amounts) it came out quickly piping hot and fresh. Burger delicious and mum enjoyed the chips! Upon leaving a friendly waitress made a point of saying goodbye and enjoy our day and whether we enjoyed everything, which if course we said we did very much. Keep it up! I live in NSW now and miss going to a Miss Maud's so I'll look forward to visiting again when I'm back. Please pass the feedback onto the store. Thanks!

I can’t fault this place, if you don’t see exactly what you want on menu-just askService is great, staff very friendly too.

Today was hectic at the Mandurah forum and Miss Mauds was packed, thankfully my son and I managed to get a table. The ladies on the till and serving the food were lovely, happy and helpful even though they were rushed off their feet. The food didn't take too long to come out and it was hot, fresh delicious. Can't wait to go back with my whole family

Decently priced Tea Coffee, great atmosphere, friendly staff my choice of meals are impeccable (only homemade can beat this), the only downside I can see (which can easily be changed by Upper Management) is, some meals only come with Chips or Salad you need to pay extra if you want something else (I actually don 't mind this, but there may be individuals who do). Pictured is Lasagna, which can easily be eaten in 6-8 bites (obviously the meal has already been eaten) the 'slice shelf ' of which my personal favorite is the 'Queen Silvia ' (2nd shelf, first item on the left).

MADDISON BULL I suggest you supply a copy of your receipt or other definite proof of your visit to Miss Mauds on the day in question, to all of google readers as your review is misleading and falsely names and targets Miss Mauds staff eg.Charlotte, if you where indeed at Miss Maud Mandurah you would have seen that staff where in short supply and the staff member you have targeted was not there. I suggest you reconsider the validity of your false review as every staff member wears a name badge so names are readily seen and a mistaken identity cannot be made. Miis Mauds staff are always friendly and food is good, so your first ever review is false and misleading.
