Bidra med feedbackThey have great food an we go there regularly but they never have gravy towards dinner time an we asked for chicken salt an got plan salt instead, an it's not the first time they've put plan salt either
Ordered for 7 adults, battered and grilled snapper, squid rings, pineapple fritters and enough chips to feed an army- too many in fact- we ordered 3 serves of their large chips but wrapped it seemed so much more. They got the order out in a timely manner and it was enjoyed by us on a very warm summer evening
After a delightful day in Mandurah, my wife and I were in search of a place to eat. Upon entering the restaurant, we were met with a rude and rushed older woman who informed us, in a loud and abrupt manner, that they were too busy to serve us and suggested we go to a nearby fish and chip shop instead. Though the bustling atmosphere suggests that the food may be good, we were put off by the lack of customer service and decided to dine at a nearby pub instead. We were warmly welcomed and had a delightful meal served by a friendly waiter. It goes to show that a little bit of courtesy and good customer service can make a big difference in the dining experience.
As someone who needs to eat gluten-free for health reasons, it's often difficult to find options like fish and chips and calamari on the menu. However, my partner had a wonderful experience at Jetty Fish and Chips today. They were thrilled to find that they could order gluten-free calamari and chips, which were delicious and perfectly cooked. The staff even gave us a sample of their incredibly moist and flavorful gluten-free battered fish. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant and will be recommending it to all of our friends and family, especially those who also need gluten-free options for their health.
Despite being very busy, the fish and chips at this restaurant are still excellent. The portions are large and well-cooked with a good selection of fish.
