Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant is open for dining in, but perhaps they shouldn't be. The food is standard Indian fare, which I have no complaints about. However, the service was terrible. The non-Indian female server seemed miserable, and I felt guilty for making her wait on us. We ended up only ordering an appetizer and taking the main courses to go. The restroom is not located inside the establishment; you have to go to the park or around the back, which I found to be dirty and sketchy. Overall, I recommend just getting takeout and enjoying it at home for a more pleasant experience. Additionally, the restaurant is not licensed to serve alcohol.
We took a chance on Indian Curry Planet a few years ago, and as a local we were so delightfully surprised that this gem existed in Mandurah! The curry's are delicious, I like the Methi Malai, Korma and Butter Chicken. The flavours are rich and creamy as well as deliciously spiced. I am excited to recommend this to anyone, we always opt to sit in because the staff are so friendly and funny. Thank you so much!
They forgot to mention the secret addition of BONES in the chicken tikka Marsala. Unforgivable.not cheap either. DO NOT BOTHER eating here. I had to throw most of it away after the 3rd bone. Sort it out!!!
I had high expectations for this restaurant, but I was disappointed with both the quality of the food and the service. I placed my order around 5:30pm and was initially told to expect delivery between 7-7:30pm, which seemed reasonable for a Saturday night. However, as 7pm approached, the delivery time was pushed back to 8pm, making for a long wait. When the food finally arrived, the butter chicken was tasty but the vindaloo lacked heat. The worst part was the cucumber raita, which smelled bad and was watery, leading me to believe the yogurt was spoiled. We ended up throwing it out. Overall, I found the experience to be very disappointing, especially after reading positive reviews.
Food was nice, the girl who served us was very friendly, funny and entertaining, I had lamb Korma which was more like a butter lamb, it was tasty, my hubby had Lamb Dupiaza which was spicy, he liked it, too hot for me, we also shared lamb seekh kebabs they were nice but not as nice as our local Chullah back in Perth, premises could do with some TLC apart from that all was good
