Great view, decent service, food 5 out of 10, would only come back for the view and drinks.
Good spot, nice view. However, I have been here many times and the service is always the same- not good. Staff just huddle chatting to each other, you have to be begging them to take your order. They dont greet you, there faces are SOUR. The food is brought out the waitress doesnt even have the decency or common sense to ask if you need something to drink. Awful man! Send them to do a course or have someone come in to teach them.
What an awesome spot! You can stay as a guest or visit for a few hours and enjoy the view. The food was really good. Had lunch and a few drinks out in the breezy, covered patio. Lots of seating and friendly service. Lots of parking and you can access the beach by walking down a very sturdy staircase system of 83 steps and a few landings. The beach is absolutely great. The rooms are few but very modern and roomy with great views!
Stayed here in March 2022. The property is quite charming and relaxing with the most spectacular views. The beach is wonderful and the pool was also was nice and clean. However better management is definitely needed. Upon arrival check in was disorganized and the staff was not very pleasant. When we got to the room with our bags, the security was sweeping. He explained that he was sweeping up flowers from the tree outside that blew in, which was strange. The room should have been cleaned sanitized and locked up. (They were not practicing covid safety measures. We dropped off our bags and went off property for food. We came back in the evening and went to the beach. When it was time to shower we realised that the shower was dirty. Floor was sandy and slimy. By this time most of the staff was gone. The security came and cleaned it with bleach. We also had to get new bed linin as the pillows had hair on them. (The room was not cleaned and bedding wasnt changed, the bed was just remade and room swept which is why he was sweeping when we initially checked in Smh. They offer the use of the cottages if you purchase a day so i think our room was either used by people on a day pass or just not cleaned from the last guest. Also there was little to no water. Water pressure was terrible. They said they were having issues with their tank. This was very frustrating. Took forever to shower. Spoke to the cleaning lady the next day. Who was very defensive and was lacking customer service skills. We got late check out and 2 free drinks as compensation. The staff basically run the place which isn't a good thing. They need training. They are unpleasant and have no customer service skills with the exception of the security/lifeguard. It's a small property with few small cottages and every employee that I met worked multiple jobs. They more than likely don't get paid well so I can understand the lack of passion for the job. Management needs to address this.
