I only gave a because I HAD to in order to make this review. Sat in this drive thru for 16 min, got to the window and they had given our order to the car in front of us.... we ordered a 20 oz and they gave us and charged me for a 32 oz. I was in a hurry because we waited so long....or we would have went in and fixed it, however; I will be driving back by and getting this taken care of tonight!

The drive was packed so we parked and walked up to the window with no line. We ordered and waited a bit until I started to see vehicles that pulled in the drive after we ordered were driving away with their order. The walk up window is not faster. The smoothie was standard smoothie king flavor, consistent with the rest of the chain. The staff was respectful but not really friendly. The overall experience was not bad but not great either.

I always do online order so it's ready when I get there. The staff is friendly. ALWAYS stop for breakfast or lunch.
