Bidra med feedbackI don't usually post reviews on foodcourt fooda but this is one of the exception. I usually pass over and ignore their 149pesos Baby Backribs for months but today I've decided to give it a try. From the moment my order is served I was really shocked by the size of the baby backribs for their 149pesos price. But the game changed when I finally tasted it, well I just have to say you must try it for yourself, I like it so much that I'm recommending it. The flavor of their sauce, the tender meat, it's just a standout for 149pesos! You also got to try their flavored wings. I got to rate it just 4.0 and not a perfect 5.0 coz of the foodcourt vibe, just crowded and noisy.
Love the backribs ???????????????????? succulent and tender with that smokey after tast ylu expect though meat kinda chewy a bit so maybe more time cooking add a bit paprika to have that lil spicey kick hope i could have taste the wings
Craving for ribs but on a tight budget? Try Pub Express! Located on SM Megamall Foodcourt, you will see Pub Express’ small food stall. Of course, we tried their best selling Baby Back Ribs. So how do I describe it? Thick, tender, juicy and affordable. For the price of P149 pesos, you can eat a big slab of tender ribs drenched in sweet barbeque sauce and a cup of Java Rice. Sarap and sulit! Bitin ang isang kanin. :P
Yummy chicken wings and baby back ribs. The chicken wings was so tender and the sauce gave the chicken its kick. The baby back ribs is tender enough for you not to use a knife and the flavor really burst in your mouth. The service was really quick , prices are reasonable and affordable. Only thing i didnt like was where they serve the chicken wings , they could have used a metal plate than a plastic container and paper.
Note: This review is overdue. Been here several times already. The review is mainly about my first visit. I was walking around the food court for lunch, debating as to what I would eat. Passed by Pub Express, and immediately spotted several customers picking up their orders. In their trays was a huge chunk of meat and a cup of java rice. I asked one lady customer kindly what it was and she said it was the Baby Back Ribs, and also added that it was only P149. Right then and there, I made up my mind and made my way towards the, thankfully, short end of the line. Again, thankfully, I didn’t have to wait too long for my order and made my way to a nearby empty table. At the table, I was surprised that they didn’t give me a knife to use. I quickly took a taste test of the sauce coating the ribs--good sweet, but not spicy. I ran up to the counter and asked for some chili flakes and hot sauce after asking if they had anything spicy. Gotta have my spicy game on! The serving size of the ribs were huge! Probably almost the size of my face, and thick as well. And when I put my fork through it, it was super tender. The spoon even went through it without effort. There was also barely any bones and mostly meat, which was a major plus for me. First bite… It was totally melt in my mouth. The BBQ sauce on it was already good as it was, and it got even better with the chili flakes and hot sauce rubbed on top of it. As for the java rice, great pairing than just plain rice. Honestly, maybe… the best ribs I have had, and for the price of P149 only. Price: 5.0 – Let me repeat, P149 only. HECK YEAH! SULIT! Service: 5.0 – Fast service even with the many orders for lunch hour. Ambience: 3.5 – It’s the standard food court. As stated above, I have already visited Pub Express several times. The other dishes such as sausages and wings interest me. Chili Bagoong wings sounds good right? I always tell myself I will try it out next time, but that next time actually comes, it’s always the Baby Back Ribs. This is how my mind goes… Wings, I am back… back… baby back ribs. Lol!
