Bidra med feedbackI was so excited for yo sushi as it’s a real treat but I’ll not be going back because the staff were horrible. They were so rude and condescending that I had to ask if I’d done something wrong to make them so angry! To top it off they charged me £5.75 for a pancake which was advertised and labelled as £3.50 and when I told them they said they’d give me a refund but the receipt didn’t say refund and when I asked they didn’t explain anything and instead said wait 3-5 days and if it’s not there call the store! It felt like I was the biggest inconvenience in the world, not a customer. My 5 year old asked me why they were so angry!! Even though the food was nice I’ll never go back as their behaviour ruined my whole experience and I’ve felt knotted up about it since.
Not good sushi and way overpriced. Dry and tasteless very disappointing. Tasted like it was not fresh and left out for a few days. Staff were nice however
Will come back again the new future, tourist place s were very good, really enjoyed the match between man utd and everton at old trafford
Unable to order food via website. Spoke to staff to ask about ordering hot food and was told the kitchen was closed. Ordered prepackaged food and then got moved out of the dinning area as they were closing
Today, I visited 'Yo Sushi ' with my partner and couple of friends. 3 of which are content creators and planned to document our meal. We arrived at 19:15 and were immediately told it was closed despite the website stating it closed at 8pm. We objected to the waitress and she was adamant it was closed and we wouldn 't be able to dine inside. This is really poor operations and is misleading after we 'd spent an hour trying to reach the restaurant. We won 't be back.
