Mi Pho - Manchester

Service was shocking, waited over 10 minutes for a menu had to stand up and ask for them then waited another 5 minutes for jars again and ask them for them I asked if I said to order a drink waitress, she will be finished in a minute that never came by, so resurrected and order a drink that was good, we asked to order her coffee then she had not finished

I have been going to mi and pho for many years and my family and I have visited dozens of paints and had many good eating experiences. I have also left 5-star reviews in the past. However, this visit fell significantly below the standards I have experienced before. we came to the right time, but the main part of the restaurant still had the majority of the tables occupied by diners, so we were led to table 13 in an area beyond the main dining room, which was absolutely ice cold (so cold that we had to keep our weights for the duration of our visit). then we were told that we should order immediately because the kitchen was closed by the rather short waitress and informed that we had to put together our appetizers and main courses. we ordered fast and after a few minutes began to arrive some of the appetizers and main courses, but some main subjects arrived before the starters. I ordered summer rolls, but they were pretty poor and fell on the plate, so there was no chance to get them to dip into the sauce. the main I ordered before (bun huhn combo) was served in a bowl, with all ingredients just stacked one above the other. I don't know if this is the usual way to use it now or just whipped up because they were in a hurry to finish. I went to pay the bill and was asked by the man who took my payment as it was. I explained it was not as good as previous visits, but he did not try to check what the problems were. So, based on this last visit, I don't think I'm back on this bad experience.

Food really excellent as always. Great value. Only slight negative is the cold air from the poorly fitting/closing entrance door and the high foot traffic from takeaways. The gents toilets would benefit from some slight refurbishment. Overall though a great experience and we will continue to enjoy visits in the future. Thank you!

Considering the restaurant was almost full with it being New Yers Eve, the service was amazing. Friendly and efficient staff, wonderful food as always, and a great atmosphere. Could still easily talk to one another at the table, despite how full the restaurant was. As a loyal customer for many years it's always a pleasure to come back.

Eating was great, but took an old with take away and not enough staff in the kitchen bad service, so I had finished my starter when my wife arrived
