Missed items again Had the odd item missing previously via delivery This time I collected on way home Took for granted order was complete Ordered 3 meals plus extras to take away Collected bag and drinks git home approx 15 minute walk away Missing the food from one meal chicken sandwich and fries but had the drink good job I had extras to cover the missing meal

The biggest issue with this restaurant is the milkshakes and flurries, as they are not properly mixed and come with a layer of water on top and a solid icy mass at the bottom. Despite being a drive-thru order, the separation of the contents could not have occurred during transit. Asking the staff about the state of the items only resulted in an apathetic shrug. This has happened twice in the past few weeks, along with receiving old food and incorrect orders. If you choose to eat here, be sure to check your order carefully before driving away. While this McDonald's used to be fairly decent, it has declined significantly in the past few months. My advice would be to drive past and visit the McDonald's on Altrincham Rd instead.

The amount of times we have ordered and given this hell place a chance to redeem themselves is UNREAL! THEY CONSTANTLY GET ORDERS WRONG! They forget sauce, they forget items, its crazy that there is someone in charge lol i have to laugh because they cannot get anything right! We visited the place a few weeks ago and the old lady on the door was so abrupt and told us to wait there we just walked off. You learn by your mistakes so only a week ago we stopped ordering from the hell hole. Feel sorry for mcdonalds with managers like these, its shameful. BE WARNED

I had a great experience at McDonald's. The bathrooms were very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to the lady who put my bag in the safe after I left it under the table with important items for our trip to Lapland. The food was as expected, hot and order was correct. The interactive table was a hit with the kids. There were plenty of parking spaces available. Overall, a lovely visit to McDonald's.

Absolutely shocking service at the drive through. It took 10mins for the person to acknowledge that we had arrived before he lazily asked us for our order which was a simple ‘3 large fries’ and then when we drove on to collect them the man at the kiosk said that we’d have to wait as they didn’t have any ready. I mean they weren’t expecting people to buy fries at McDonald’s!!! It was late (around 10.15pm)so we asked for a refund and moved on. Terrible lazy service and a ‘we can’t be bothered attitude’
