1 hour waiting for lamb Is really too much. Not to mention that it was very hard to chew that meat. Total disaster.Worst Radisson restourant and i have been in many of them.

I actually opted to have food here purely out of practical reasons but was pleasantly surprised by the setting, the staff and the quality of the food.Since I absolutely hate what Manchester Airport is becoming, I opted to pick my mum up from the Radisson Blu hotel instead of the actual terminal parking/pick-up.Top Tip... if you are picking someone up from Terminal 1 or 2, ask them to walk to the Radisson Blu via the covered walkway. The cost for parking is similar to the terminal parking and if you spend more than £20 at the Bar or Collage Restaurant you get up to 3 hours of parking free of charge.Since my pick-up time coincided with dinner time we decided we could as well have some food at the restaurant and we were very glad we did.We were in time for the early-bird menu and took advantage of this offer which actually was excellent. I really enjoyed the mussels in white wine starter and the salmon main was equally good (portion sizes were decent). Staff were very pleasant and the setting is actually very nice.Overall I found it to be excellent value for the location and comfort of this alternative pick-up spot.

Very average food and definitely not value for money. The only problem is that if you stay at the hotel, you dont really have any alternative options, so bad luck. Thats what Radisson Blu thinks as well!

I had a lovely experience at this restaurant. The dish I ordered was spicier than I prefer, so I slowly ate it while taking sips of my drink. The friendly waiter asked how I was enjoying my meal, and we ended up having a pleasant chat about it. When it came time to pay the bill, I noticed that the restaurant manager had given me a significant discount. I accepted it, but made sure to mention that I had not actually complained about the meal. The manager explained that they always appreciate feedback from their international customers with diverse tastes in order to improve their menu. The only downside was the chilly air conditioning during the heatwave, but thankfully I had brought my jacket with me. Thank you for a great experience!
