Bella House - Manchester

It was a Sunday night, late, and me and a friend chose Bella house for an evening Chinese snack. We ordered the food at 00:20 and we were told it would be at our flat by 1:15. It then got to 1:00 and we were sent an email saying it wouldn't be there till 2:00, and they didn't not let us cancel the order. It got to 2:05, still no crispy aromatic duck had arrived.. so we rung up and were told it's almost there. It then took till 2:25 for the delivery man to finally show up after ringing us another two times for more details on our address (which we had already clearly stated when we originally ordered . To top it off, we waiting up 2 hours to have half average duck. It is certain that we will never be contacting Bella house again and I advice you all to do the same.

Was looking forward to having a lovely chinese as had not had one for ages. Went here and it was not nice at all. I ordered beef in hoi sin and the sauce was gloopy, and very spicy. The beef was very fatty. Will not be going back unfortunately and wish i had checked it out on here first!

Me and my boyfriend had ordered from here before and everything was perfect. We have since ordered from them again and it was horrific. The food was late, it was cold and the driver shouted at me because my apartment was too hard to find . We had ordered duck which came with sauce (which I don 't like) and it had exploded everywhere. When we called to complain my boyfriend was called a liar and hung up on several times, they only answered the phone when we called off a different number. They have now refused to deal with us as customers and when I left a review on just eat they replied with the picture attached. They are a complete joke and should not be allowed to speak to customers in such a way, they have refused to take responsibility for how they behaved. Luckily when I spoke to just eat they understood why we were so upset and were very helpful. P.S we don 't own a microwave and we shouldn 't have to re heat our food. It should be warm when it arrives.

Since under new ownership this place has gone downhill. After months of going elsewhere we thought we'd try again. I wish we hadnt bothered. What a waste of money. Chips arent chippy chips they're undercooked frozen chips. Fish was undercooked and dripping with water batter. Took it straight back, waited 15 mins to be presented with the same fish, still watery. Will never set foot in there again.

Ordered take away it arrived hour late cold and dry chips ,over salted seaweed , dry chicken wings (that never arrived but they sent 20 mins later dry noodles , prawn crackers stale yuk yuk yuk **** awful never again ... REALLY DIDN'T WANT STAR IT So from me it was no star and total **** ..
