Renato's Pizza Masters - Manchester Twp

Plain pie took over 40 minutes. Called at 2:15 and got order at 2:53. Only ordered cause it was in the area and convenient. Would not recommend.

I wish I could give 5 stars because the pizza is phenomenal. However we had a terrible customer service experience our last visit. We showed up when our order was due to be ready and they completely forgot and started making it while we waited 30+ minutes. I understand this, mistakes happen but they did nothing to make up for their mistake and the staff was impatient with my girlfriend as if it was our fault. Pizza is great but they need to work on customer service.

I became familiar with Renato's during my stay at a Rehabilitation Facility while recovering from an accident. The food was amazing and could not wait until I was able to visit the location. On Saturday, July 27, 2024, I made the journey and experienced it in person. I fell in love. The facility is quaint and elegant. It screams class but does not overdo it where you feel you do not belong. The decor is appropriate and gives you an Italian atmosphere that those who know feel welcomed. The menu was sufficient with enough choice to keep all hunger pains satisfied and willing to want more. I ordered Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken and Garlic and was amazed by the flavor and the skill the chef placed in his/her creation. I took my time eating and enjoying. The dining room was well staffed with kind, knowledgeable. and willing to please the customer wait staff. The woman server, I forgot your name SORRY!!!, was friendly and was able to make me feel welcomes and part of the larger family. Thomas the young male server did an excellent job is making my guest and I encouraged that he was there and will his absolute best for us. My goal was to get to know the place and the staff since I am going to host a party there in the future and I wanted to know who would be there if I can request them. In all, the best thing I can say is that if you are Italian and know how food should be done, then come home to Renato's and experience the family treatment and plan on coming back over and over again. Alright, I'm only giving it a 3-star rating because they apparently can't make half cheese and half pepperoni. Like, um, yes, you can. You just choose not to. They told me you have to order another Pizza ? Vegetarian options: pizza
