Staff pleasant accomodating..and scurrying to please!!⁹

Ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich. came without chicken. two stars as i imagine it would be good with the chicken.

We get take-out pizza from Bravo regularly. A month or so ago we got home with our two pizzas to discover we were given the wrong order. I called to let them know, and the phone call was taken by some sort of AI chatbot. It was so creepy and strange. The chatbot offered no resolution to the problem, so I hung up and we just ate the pizzas we were given. It was a long day and I was too tired to drive back. Look, mistakes happen. I won’t stop getting pizza here. But on busy nights I’ll check my order before coming home. As for the chatbot, I wish this wasn’t the world we’re living in now, but I guess it is. It would be nice if the chatbot would identify itself as such, so at least you’d know you’re not talking to a human.

Amazing pizza with fast service. There was plenty of seating inside and out. The pizza was crispy and the crust was so flavorful. It was perfect for 3 people to share. We will definitely be back for more!
