Bidra med feedbackWas picking up an UberEATS order and it took over 15 minutes for someone to greet me and ask who I was picking up for. They hadn't started the order at all even though the restaurant was not busy at all. Had to wait over 15 more minutes for an order of5 items to be done. This taco bell has drastically changed and is not worth ordering from. Highly recommend going to a differenttaco bell entirely.
I waited in line for 18 minutes here to get 2 steak burritos for my boyfriend... i watched another car back out of line. 18 minutes total from order to delivery at the window. ?Fast food?? I don?t think so. And then the girl asked me if if I alreadypaid 5 min after I paid at the window..Save your ! I would have gone to chipotle any other day.
My friend and I came and were both deaf, we stood at about 5 minutes at the theke and the entire staff ignored us 2 women asked us what we wanted to order, then went away from us. Some other customers came into the load and the staff took their orders. this is discriminatory and my lawyer will be contacted
This place doesn’t even deserve one star! Unsanitary store, everything was sticky, clumps of hair all over the bathroom, and The entire store smells like urine! Absolutely disgusting and the customer service is horrible!!! I understand people are understaffed but they could’ve at least said I will be right with you or directed us to the kiosk that I had no idea was there, so I could place my order! Ended up walking out no food… Overall experience disappointing
Ordered 6 tacos total, two chips and cheese, and two sodas. The line wasn 't too long, so I thought nothing of it. To start, my order was handed to the person in front of me. Luckily, they noticed and said something to the drive-thru window worker. So they get their order and move on. My time comes, I go up and pay, then take my order. Not only am I missing 4 total tacos, but the two I received were almost fully unwrapped and all over the place. When I open the bag and take out one of my tacos, the whole thing went across my lap and the bag. I tell them that I was missing tacos and that the ones I had were all over the place, and messy, and the bag was leaking everywhere from the juice leaking out. They take the order back and re-make the SAME TWO tacos. Same deal. So I tell them we were still missing 4 tacos and the chips. They take the bag back once more, and after 10 minutes the manager comes to the window and starts being extremely rude and disrespectful. She tries to say that I was wrong and the tacos weren 't wrong, there wasn 't meat everywhere and that everything was okay. I then point out it was not the same bag they had handed me and she responds Well this is the remade bag and rolls her eyes. I told her they never handed me that third remade bag. She tosses it into my hand and closes the window. They finally get the order right and the manager walked away after closing the door and tossing me my food. The worker at the window apologized for what he had seen and what his manager had done. I 'm not one to have hurt feelings, but if you 're going to work in a fast food restaurant, take responsibility and don 't disrespect the person who isn 't in the wrong. Hopefully, she loses her job so no one else has to deal with her disrespect and rude self. Won 't be getting anything from here again.
