Bidra med feedbackDecided to eat here in the nh mall on veteran’s day at lunchtime. I got the tavern cheeseburger and fries free, as I am a veteran. I thought that would be a thoughtful gesture, and I was also satisfied with eating and service. I have even spoken with a few other veterinarians near me! food: 4/5
We had a party of 10, not a long wait, waitress was awesome, handled our orders and our playful sarcasm with ease. I had the Smokehouse Brisket burger, very good and very affordable. I would highly recommend this place again.
First, on a Sunday afternoon at 14:00 we had a 25-minute waiting time. 2 adults and 1 child. they ran out of crowns, so it was a bummer. After we finally sat, the restaurant had only six or seven tables in the insert. placed our order and waited 35 minutes for three burgers and pommes. another thing that we noticed was that many employees at the unoccupied tables sitting on their phones the closest to the kitchen. if this was their break great, I guess that, why weren't they in a certain french room? or is that, like the staff at his typical day, at their phones in the open? our table was sticky, so the salt and pepper shakers were, and the ketchup container all felt like they had not wiped out in one. the tablet that allowed them to pay the bill felt like milk was spilled over everything and had 't been wiped off in a bed either. when our meals arrived, they were cold, with very overcooked burgers (for a medium, and medium rare) and soggy-Fries. personally the burger I ordered came with speck, and it was micro pampering oscar mayer speck! if you are proud of a burger joint, then you at least use real speck. I asked that the manager at least made him aware that two of the three meals were wrong. he said the cooks must cook the burgers on a certain wise. So I said. very overcooked and cold then, what is not at all, as we asked? he apologised and went back towards cash. it seemed like the manager was also the bartender for the afternoon. our waitress came back to the table to ask what was wrong and we explained to her our interaction with her manager. she said she was very sorry and that he was brand new within 3 to 4 weeks. that is really not an excuse, the management is trained for this type of dingen, and I feel really bad that this restaurant has gone downhill. I'll never get to this place again.
I came here with my family to eat yesterday, so 7 of us were at my table. the staff has a pretty good work at managing a larger party that was nice to see. eating was pretty good, not complaining about everyone. my burger was particularly good (pictured below). we also have a few shakes for dessert, and they were delicious. they even brought out some of the extra shake in a separate cup for us. overall we had a pretty good experience, and I would definitely return at one point.
Food was cold and out in 10 minutes. Seemed like fries had been sitting under a warmer for hours. They weren’t fresh at all so had to send back. Wait staff was good but $50 could have been better spend on fresh food.
