Pho 99 in East Hartford is fantastic. Fresh ingredients, clean place, great service. Have been back many times.
This spot was by far the most delicious pho I ever had... I live just about 2hrs away and this will be my go to spot from now on.. I found this place by chance and give it a thumbs up
Deliciousness! Love the pho here. Had the number 16 with all the meat cuts. The tendon wasn't over cooked, the beef was rare. Also tried the fried dumplings with the perfect crunch. The crab roll with real crab meat was light. Atmosphere was very relaxed and service was incredible.
