Mcdonald's - Manchester

24-hour drive thru. They would think what is on the menu is what they can order. No. I could not order chicken sandwiches and not order fish fillet. limited menu after midnight. was deposed by the girl who took our order. very cursed when we say there was no whan or filet. To round it off, we looked strange as if we had three heads while we were waiting for our dinner in the Drive-Thru window. was not a welcoming feeling at all. if it was not for the gentleman who accepted the money and gave us that, then this would have had a star review. the guy who took the money and gave the food was cheerful, polite and had a smile on his face all the time. I wish I had names to give because he had a good service in contrast to the girl who took the order.

10+ years ago, I used to frequent this particular McDonald's on a regular basis but HOLY HELL has it gone so far downhill. What used to be your standard fast food experience with friendly staff, quick drive thru lines, and hot food has all been replaced with the polar opposite. It doesn't matter what time of day you pull into their drive thru--it can be 11:00 at night--and you're guaranteed to be sitting there for at least a half an hour. That's not an exaggeration either. I understand places are short-staffed, but no one wants to sit in line for half an hour only to finally get their food and find out it's cold or wrong or both.

I don't like medium rare Burgers ...and if 8 buy a large fry I expect it to be more than half full..Food: 1/5

I get most or all fast food get crazy but to get the wrong order 2 to 3 times in a row is ridiculous ? to wait that long and to only get the wrong order time to shut the drive thru down or get better common sense ? won't be back thereFood: 1/5

Service was extremely slow. Waited about 30 minutes in the drive through with approximately 8-10 cars in front of us. Orderd my meal without onions and it was confirmed when we paid. When we picked it up it had onions on it. I understand service is slow during these times but for fast food this was extreme.Food: 2/5
