I regret to inform you that my recent dining experience at your establishment was less than satisfactory. During my visit for lunch, I ordered the pork fried rice with boneless spare ribs. Unfortunately, the rice was dry and the ribs were burnt to the point of being black and crunchy. It is concerning that such a prominent establishment would serve visibly overcooked food to a customer. I kindly advise that you take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Had to call back because the sesame chicken was realsoft and I ask for crunchy and I paid for vegetables in my chicken fried rice which I always get and they said they dont do that. So she put me own the phone with another lady and she said the same thing until I told her I get my rice like this all the time . So known she doesn't have amnesia. My fried chicken was fried hard and the French fries was fried soft it should have been the other way around. Since the owner wife doesn't work there everything is just up in the air. I gave a tip but I think I will be picking my food up for now on because it's never hot or warm. SMDH.

Been going here since I was a little kid. I still live in town and when I’m feeling this kind of food. I call empire they are always so friendly, and always work so hard from front desk to the chefs. Definitely top 2 Chinese restaurants in Manchester.
