The one that was taking the order was rude and took the order all wrong, he wanted to be talking to the other workers and was rushing without paying attention to us, at the end we ate what they give us and not what we order, but surprisingly the food was good. :

I find it unsettling to see homeless individuals sleeping in the dining areas.

It's a Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins location. I requested four scoops but only received two, and the staff didn’t seem to understand my order. I ended up paying $4.46 for two very small scoops. The ice cream was good, but the service was really disappointing.
