Cold Stone Creamery - Manassas

Food and service were barely okay, but place itself feels unclean and grimy. Roaches made me lose any appetite though ?

The ice cream was good. I was a bit disturbed by the fact that the staff do not wear any type of hair nets or gloves and they are handling food. Also, Cold Stone used to have their staff weigh items before you were rung up. I guess they don't do that anymore. I don't mind paying a higher price as long as I'm getting the amount that I'm supposed to be paying for.. Don't just lump something in a cup and slap the lid on it. I want to be ensured that I'm getting what I'm paying for.

Lexi truly made my night!!She made my shake perfect!I always have a complicated order because I like my shakes so thick and I mixed flavors and she understood the assignment.I have had one of the worst days ever and her non judgement energy and kindness made my entire night!Thank you Lexi, you’re awesome!

Nastiest place on earth. I saw rats snooping right in front of me inside the store !!

The server was friendly but this location is very dirty. The counters were not clean, the floors, the tables...everything was dirty.
