Panera Bread - Manalapan

Door dash never showed up with my order. I called the Manalapan location and spoke to Juli to get a status and she apologized and offered to personally prepare and deliver my order herself. Juli arrived with my food within minutes and offered me herphone number for future orders placed through Door Dash. Juli turned a negative experience into a positive one.

The food was okay. I had the chicken avocado sandwich. It tasted like it the chicken was frozen and then heated up. Food came out fast. Not my favorite place.

That's my favorite tank. My boys love the French baguette and the Mac and cheese. The best part is the friendly service we get from Rose when it supplies our food. Always has a smile for the customers. Go on!

Lacey is absolutely amazing! She really helped me with a DoorDash issue I was having. She personally called DoorDash and made sure I got my order. If you ever run into a problem, Lacey is the one to ask for! She suggested I leave a review about my experience, and even though I'm not sure how to do that right now, I definitely will when I'm sober. She truly deserves recognition—Panera, you should give her a raise!

I will never patronize this chain restaurant again. The main salad was no larger than a side salad. The strawberry poppy seed salad had barely one cut-up strawberry in it, and the pineapple was nearly nonexistent. It's unbelievable that they consider this acceptable!
