Top Tier sandwich that could possibly be the best Cuban Sandwich in NJ and possibly the whole East Coast

The food was okay, the pernir had no taste that was missing puerto rican pizzazz! the red beans and white rice were good. but the owner who worked there himself was worse; he was hot sweating, no air conditioning at 85 degrees, cooking the food, manning the phones and the front. He was very rude and evil on all customers makes them never want again. he needs help that he was all challenged, it was on the customers who are not good, my daughter placed the order on the phone, he was evil on them and bad on me and another customer when I went to get the food. this place has changed definitiw! next time I will drive to perth amboy for the delicious pernir and welcome puerto rican restaurants with pizzazz!

Food is bang-on below average, and the older man in there is absolutely rude beyond belief. Would warrant a 3-star review, but due to the poor service, it barely earns a star. Avoid!

We got two beef and cheese empanadas and they were amazing! They were so crispy and they had the perfect amount of cheese.
