Bidra med feedbackThere were NO employees at the registers/kiosk to take your order. It was necessary for us to enter our orders with no assistance and then asked us if we wanted to add a “tip”. Should we tip ourselves for completing the order process? We then received a notification that our food was ready for pick up. I walked to the back counter and asked for my order and was told it wasn’t ready yet. I am not complaining about the wait time. Just the fact that I received an incorrect notification. There were no clean tables for seating. Just dirty tables. Providing feedback so that the owner of this franchise can make improvements.
I I am a frequent customer of this place. I have no complaints about the food. The food is good. My only problem in this place is a woman who really has a terrible attitude. She does everything in a bad way and curses. I don't know why her service is bad. He does it in such a way but if you ask him for something he gets angry I think it's not fair if you pay for what you consume
I don’t come here often only after my long 12 hr shifts when I’m too tired to cook. The past two times the general manager was the person that rang me up. She is outstanding. She always greats with such warmth, she’s always so helpful. It’s just so nice and refreshing to end the day with someone who you can tell genuinely takes pride in what she does. It’s little things like this that make me want to purposely come back here even on a day when I can cook. Thank you for your great example of excellent customer service.
If you are looking for a Hot Chocolate I would go see Juli. She makes a delicious cup that hits the spot.The service at Panera in Manalapan is wonderful along with a great staff and management.
I’mNot one to write reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Panera in Manalapan today. It is not often that you find an employee that is truly happy to be at work. It was very crowded at lunch time today and Cory took the time to say hello and clean off my table. I watched him help other customers also. It was bright, courteous and happy! Thanks Cory!
