Eli's Kitchen - Mamallapuram

My dinner at Eli's was the most amazing meal and evening I had in Mamallapuram. The dishes impress creative state of art cooked and served with love and care. Needless to say, everything was amazingly fresh and the taste surprising and wonderful .... Eli himself is a wonderful host and would not have been my last night, I would have gone back and forth. Thank you for a nice evening on your divine roof terrace. Back!

Eli is a great cook with original recipes, served on her very stylish but not unusual cozy terrace, in the colony of fishermen... A powerwoman, lovely also with... A very beautiful elegant surprise in the middle of the simple neighborhood of Mahabalipuram... Beautiful!!!

Yesterday, on June 24th, we dined at Eli's Place. Despite some difficulty locating the restaurant due to Google Maps leading us through narrow alleys, once we arrived everything was perfect. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was delicious. The host was energetic and passionate, adding to our enjoyment of the meal. We savored dishes such as shrimp, fish curry, pepper chicken, and appams with chicken stew. For dessert, we indulged in banana, lavender cake with berries, and mango cheesecake - all of which were incredibly tasty. We look forward to returning on our next visit to the area. I recommend contacting the owner in advance for detailed directions to the restaurant.

The place was a bit difficult to locate, but I'm so glad we did. The food was delicious May it was the pawns, the red sauce pasta or the Chana with parota. Excellent aromas. The desserts were amazing to the Nutella... cakes, the filter coffee cheesecake and even the Tender Coconut Payasam. Too bad we missed the Banoffe Pie. Last but not least, Liz was a fantastic host and made us feel at home. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This restaurant serves beautiful, fresh, and comforting food that is a must-visit when in the area. The slow-cooked pork with mash and focaccia that I had was cooking at its best, and my husband enjoyed his tiger prawns and rice. I would recommend both dishes, as they were served with a big smile. The food is cooked from the heart and served with genuine love and pride. We will definitely be back!
