The staff were outstanding, nothing too much trouble. Had the seabass which was excellent after the mixed platter starter. It's a nice big restaurant in the centre of Malvern. Would go again.
This place is ok if you can use the 2 for 1 offers available but when paying full price it is very expensive average food. The table we sat on was covered in a big sticky mark where a label must have been. Not very nice or hygienic. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have a voucher.
Expensive, standard food reasonably presented, customer service needs reviewing. Staff need to look a little more interested in their job, presentation and options need to be looked at. Prezzo as a chain need to look at basic economics, cost over profit is not always a good way to run a business, would suggest this is addressed before this restaurant becomes another victim of the economic downturn!!
The service at this restaurant was extremely slow and the response from their customer service was poor. Despite visiting on a Friday lunchtime as a special treat, we were informed upon arrival that there would be a 40-minute wait for our food. Although we were not in a hurry, we were disappointed to discover that one of our favorite starters had been removed from the menu and replaced with a more expensive option. While the starter arrived quickly and was enjoyable, we were surprised to see that other customers who had ordered after us were already enjoying their main meals. When we inquired about the delay, we were informed that our order was held up because we had ordered a pasta dish and a pizza. It appeared that there was a miscommunication between the server, supervisor, and chef regarding our order. Eventually, we decided to cut our losses and requested the bill for what we had already consumed. Despite reaching out to the restaurant through a customer service survey and Twitter, our concerns were not addressed. It is disappointing to see this lack of interest in customer satisfaction, as the restaurant has the potential to be top-notch if more focus was placed on customer service rather than profit.
