Zoes Kitchen - Malvern

If I can give a negative star I would. We made a catering order. One was missing, other orders were wrong, missing dressing and sauces. Who wants a salad without dressing? None the less we made the order 24 hours in advance for the team to shuffle to prep at the last minute. This is the 3rd time this location failed and this was providing a third chance. Save your money and aggravation, don't come here.

A long time customer of Zoe’s however today’s lunch was the worst experience I have ever had. Order was incorrect not once but twice.Poor service while atleast 3 employees stood behind the counter laughing and socializing during our entire visit. Its unfortunate how the food service have gone downhill.

Kinda pricey for the portions but med chicken was very good. Overall, not my first choice for greek/med food but decent in a pinch.

The cinnamon pancakes were killer the other breakfast things we ordered were on point. I had a blue cheese hamburger not so good was over cooked and had little flavor should of gotten pancakes.

We went to the restaurant last night around 5:30. We wanted a basic meal and were told that it would take at least 30 minutes to get the food. We did not have the time to wait and mildly complained sine there were only 4 people in the restaurant and the staff were talking on cell phones in the kitchen. We then told we were welcome to leave the way we came in. We were not abusive but the buffoon at the cash register certainly was to us.
