Starbucks - Malvern

Great place, nice employees, even gave me a pupachino for my dog at no charge, could be in a better place

I have never experienced this in any other real Starbucks. There’s no milk or creamer out. They charged extra dollar for asking to add a little bit milk in my Americano.

No staff and the staff they do have does not know how to make drinks They are not a corporate store and employees get no Starbucks training

Over the last few months I 'm not sure what has happened to this starbucks, but they are out of a ton of stuff. So it 's obvious there have been staffing issues since COVID because majority of the time you go in the morning, it 's either closed or a random Target employee is covering who only can serve you hot coffee, no lattes or anything, and nothing else. This last month, they have been out of cold brew and the last two weeks they can 't make frappuccinos and have been out of green tea. You aren 't given any explanation either which is frustrating, just a sharp we 're out of it .I get staffing issues can be frustrating, but honestly it 's also frustrating when you 're only allotted a 30 min lunch, walk all the way to target from work down the street to just keep wasting time to either find out they 're closed or out of majority of their options. They are losing a ton of business with all of the Vanguard and Rothman employees trying to find a close spot for coffee.

Nice location. Parking lot a little small. Cute outdoor seating area.
