Cafe Yumm! 7th Pine - Maltkiln Lane

Food is amazing and its my fave place to go But for the first time ever at 7:08 (22 min before closing) they refused to take any orders and after not eating any food all day this was devastating. A regular, local customer denied service well before an appropriate cut off. Just skip it if you are in a pinch. Businesses are businesses and this was a reminder that compassion runs in short supply sometimes.

Are you opening again? I have stop by a couple of times for lunch and you are still closed. Please let me know as you were a staple of my lunch week. Thanks

Double the price of Portlands Cafe Yumm. Why?! Makes no sense.

Service was good and all. The food however was not, it was very plain, flavourless and felt like leftovers. The size of bowls and their listed pricing is similar to what you get at your local cinemas, the price between a small, medium and large is literally $1, so your kinda forced to one option really. They were also out of chicken skewers which wasn't a deal breaker, since they had other options of course, but there was no indication they were sold out anywhere on the wall menu. Overall, food wasn't good and I don't recommend.

It has the best vegetarian option.. but a little pricey for the amount they served cause you can get more for the price in Chipotle but the difference is here ingredients were more fresh here and sauces were so good with a blend of tangy and sour flavor added to the sour cream, veggies and rice was delicious.
