Westside Cafe - Malta

We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. The service was outstanding and friendly. We would certainly return if we're in the area again.

Fast and greasy. The service is efficient without excessive cheerfulness.

My friend has been visiting this restaurant for years and wanted a simple teriyaki steak. Since we live in Shelby, she asked her mother to bring her. That turned out to be a big mistake. The cook apparently didn't know what he was doing, as the steak was completely unseasoned—not even a sprinkle of salt. I've worked in the food industry for about ten years, and I've never received feedback like this from a customer who had a bad experience. Normally, if someone expresses dissatisfaction, we correct the mistake right away, especially for a regular customer of many years. Sadly, for my first dining experience in Malta, I can honestly say it was quite disappointing.
